All our products are manufactured as per globally accepted norms &
standards like BS 4994-1987, AST M-D 2996, ASME and are capable of rendering

materials from recognized manufacturers and dealers. We collect test reports of
raw materials from our suppliers whenever it is required.
•Other
than the Test report from suppliers all incoming Raw Materials are tested
in-house for specifications which includes the test for Viscosity, Glass
Content, Density, Acetone & Cure, followed by stage inspection & final
inspection which includes the test for Layer Sequence, Dimensional, Curing, Air Voids, Spark,
Moisture, Hardness, Acetone, Tensile Strength, Shear Strength & Bond
Strength.

•Storage
Tanks and Pressure Vessels
•We
manufacture Storage Tanks in capacity ranging from 1m3 to 200m3. Beyond this we
manufacture at customer’s site, considering the high handling and
transportation costs. We offer complete accessories like Ladder Railing, Float
Type Level Indicator, Lifting Hooks, Lugs for mounting Vertical Tanks on I-Beam
Support, etc. as per customers expectations and specifications. These Storage
Tanks are made up of Different Sizes, Materials and Shapes which includes
Horizontal, Vertical Tanks with Flat, Dish Ends & Conical, Top/Bottom, as
per application and space restriction.

•The
FRP pressure vessels are made up of high performance composite material and
filament winding. Its is 100% corrosion resistant and uses various
thermoplastic liners of polyester high strength polypropylene etc. The pressure
vessel has Comparative strength to the stainless steel vessel while the weight
is only 1/3rd of the stainless steel vessel of same
size.
•These
Storage Tanks and Pressure Vessels are made up of FRP, PP, PVC, PVDF, PTFE,
PP-FRP, PVC-FRP, PVDF-FRP, PTFE-FRP & M.S-FRP Lined.
•Pipes
and Pipe Fittings
•Pipes: We manufacture hand-lay up pipes ranging from
50mm NB to 3000mm NB. These pipes are made up of various resins like Isopthalic, Vinylester, Bisphenol and
other imported resins as per the applications and Customers Requirement. These
pipes are also made of dual laminated plastics like PVC-FRP, CPVC-FRP,
PVDF-FRP, PP-FRP, FEP-FRP,etc.
•Pipe
Fittings: We manufacture Pipe Fittings like Tees, Reducers, Bends, Elbows,
Flanges, Stub ends etc. in FRP using the various types of Resins like Isopthalic, Vinylester, Bisphenol and
other imported resins as per the applications and Customers Requirement. Other
than Pipe Fittings we also manufacture Nozzles, Manholes, Manhole Covers &
spare accessories required in tanks or other applications.

•Process
Vessels/ Reaction Vessels: We manufacture Process Vessels/ Reaction Vessels of
different sizes and shapes as per customer’s specifications ranging from
200Ltrs to 40,000Ltrs capacity with conical, dished or flat bottom and top.
M.O.C. depends on chemical, temperature and pressure conditions of process
requirement. We also supply these equipment with complete stirring assembly
with independent mounting structure and suitable sealing arrangement as per
customer’s requirement.

Control Equipments
•Scrubbers
We offer Pollution Control Equipment, including Scrubbers, Blowers, Ducting
made in FRP using various resins as per applications and Customer Requirement.
•We
also offer the Srubbers
& Ductings made
out of Thermoplastics like PP, PVC, C-PVC, PVDF, ECTFE, PTFE, FEP, TFM etc. We
supply entire scrubbing system, which could be made up of FRP, PP/FRP, FRV,
PVC/FRP etc. depending upon clients requirement & types of fumes eliminated
during the process. We manufacture scrubbing systems for any types of hazardous
fumes like H2SO4, HCL, SO2, NH3, NO3 etc. Designing of efficient scrubbing
system depends upon quantity of gas, area, type of gas and flow of gas.
•Blowers:
We provide Blowers in PP/FRP, MS/FRP or FRP depending upon the requirement of
the client having numerous applications in corrosive industries. These blowers
will be casing to impeller with dynamically balanced shaft. The impellers are
manufactured in various types like closed, semi open and open depending on the
application. Blower can be made of any capacity required by the client. The
drive type of the blower could be direct/pulley/v-belt.
•FRP
Cooling Towers: We manufacture FRP induced draft square type cooling towers
that are designed to yield higher output to our clients. They are used in
diverse industrial applications like Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Diesel
Generator Set, Blow Moulding
Machine and for Cooling & Heating exchange Process. These are available in
different shapes and specification for use in various industries.
•FRP
Gratings- We manufacture FRP Gratings by moulding process which offers unmatched
resistance against corrosion, impact resistance and UV Protection. FRP Grating
provides excellent corrosion resistance with strength, safety, and longer
service where conventional steel gratings rapidly corrode in chemical
environment. Due to light weight in comparison with steel, FRP gratings are
very easy to install.
•Lining/Coating:
We offer FRP Lining on MS/SS/Thermoplastics fabricated Tanks, Vessels, Silos,
Scrubbers, Blowers, Cooling Towers etc using Resin System of Isopthalic, Vinylester, Bisphenol,
Epoxy, etc.
•We
also do the Thermoplastic Lining such as PP, PVC,C-PVC, PVDF, ECTFE, FEP,PTFE,
TFM etc. Other than this, we offer combination of FRP& Thermoplastic Lining
such as PP/FRP, PVC/FRP, PVDF/FRP, PTFE/FRP, etc. We carry out Coating of Jobs
in PVC, PVDF, PTFE, ECTFE within range of 0.025mm to 1.5mm.

AND COMMISIONING- We have a crew of professionally trained and experienced team
for handling on-site projects involving erection. We feel proud to confirm the
fact that we can achieve the Erection Projects anywhere in India & Outside
India. We have successfully installed the whole Pipe Line Including Fittings,
Scrubbing System with complete assembly at different sites.
